**क्या है G-7 समूह?**

G-7 कभी जी-6 तो कभी जी-8 भी हुआ करता था। वहीं, वर्तमान में इसे जी-7 यानी ग्रुप ऑफ सेवन कहा जाता है। जी-7 दुनिया की सात सबसे बड़ी विकसित अर्थव्यवस्थाओं वाले देशों का समूह है। इसमें कनाडा, फ्रांस, जर्मनी, इटली, जापान, ब्रिटेन और संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका शामिल हैं, इसलिए इसे ग्रुप ऑफ सेवन कहा जाता है।

** जी-7 के सिद्धांत**

जी-7 समूह की स्थापना आज से 50 साल पहले 1973 में की गई थी। अक्सर ऐसे कई समूहों का मुख्यालय होता है, लेकिन जी-7 में अनोखी बात यह है कि इसका किसी भी देश में मुख्यालय नहीं है। यह ग्रुप मानवीय मूल्यों की रक्षा, लोकतंत्र की रक्षा, मानवाधिकारों की रक्षा, अंतर्राष्ट्रीय शांति का समर्थक, समृद्धि और सतत विकास के सिद्धांत पर चलता है। इसके साथ ही यह समूह खुद को "कम्यूनिटी ऑफ़ वैल्यूज" का आदर करने वाला समूह मानता है।

At age 35, Siddhartha Gautama began to meditate under a Bodhi tree on the outskirts of the town of Gaya, situated in the realm of Bimbisara, the king of Magadha. On the 49th day of continuous meditation, he is said to have achieved Enlightenment and understood the cause of suffering in the world. Siddhartha became The Buddha, the Enlightened One.Bodh Gaya is today one of the four great Buddhist pilgrimages, the others being Lumbini, where The Buddha was born, Sarnath near Varanasi, where he gave his first sermon, and Kushinagar, where he died (or attained Mahaparinirvana). 

Note:Lumbini was forgotten for many centuries, until it was rediscovered in 1896, and excavations were conducted at the site.

Subsection 1 of Article 142 ("Enforcement of decrees and orders of Supreme Court and orders as to discovery, etc.") says "the Supreme Court in the exercise of its jurisdiction may pass such decree or make such order as is necessary for doing complete justice in any cause or matter pending before it, and any decree so passed or order so made shall be enforceable throughout the territory of India in such manner as may be prescribed by or under any law made by Parliament and, until provision in that behalf is so made, in such manner as the President may by order prescribe."
